Housekeeper

Filipino housekeepers typically bring many years of experience in international private households or hotels. Their responsibilities include:

Organisation and care of the household
Cleaning and order in living and guest areas
Laundry care and wardrobe management
Support in the kitchen and at table service
Coordination of shopping, suppliers and tradespeople

Many of our applicants additionally bring experience in family environments and are particularly attentive and patient with children. Their empathic nature and sense of responsibility around children make them valued members of family-oriented households.

Private Cook

Many candidates possess substantial knowledge of international cuisine and long-standing experience in private households or boutique hotels. They take charge of:

Planning and preparation of fresh, wholesome meals
Shopping and pantry management
Consideration of individual dietary preferences (vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, and so on)
Presentation and service to the highest standard

Languages and mobility

The majority of our Filipino applicants speak fluent English; some additionally speak Spanish or Italian. A degree of German is often present and, where required, can be developed in a targeted manner.

A driver's licence is not always available — many candidates, however, are admirably suited to urban and indoor environments.

Residency status and legal certainty

All applicants we introduce hold a valid work permit or a European residence title permitting employment in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

Accommodation and integration

Salaries are aligned with the relevant collective agreements or with prevailing market standards in the household-staff sector. Compensation depends on:
