- wish to learn privately how to run a household well and to a professional standard
Everything is explained step by step — in plain language and with many examples. You require no prior knowledge and no perfect command of English. Only your courage and your phone.
What you will learn in the Online Academy
In this course we show you, step by step, how to manage a household well, safely and with proper system — exactly as required in large, discerning residences.

- how to organise a household — from shopping to budgeting

Understanding the Roles
What exactly does a housekeeper or butler do? Which duties do they hold?
Refined Conduct
You will receive guidance on proper etiquette in the workplace — so you feel confident and know precisely how to conduct yourself.
Cleaning & Care
How do you clean fine fabrics, delicate furniture or natural stone? You will learn modern methods — and how to keep pests and bacteria at bay.
Laundry & Wardrobe
From stain removal to flawless ironing — you will learn how to treat garments and materials with the care they deserve.
Kitchen & Provisions
You will become skilled in kitchen organisation: from preparation techniques to food shopping, storage and refrigerator hygiene.
Everything is explained simply — with videos, examples and step-by-step instructions.
What you need to bring
The Online Academy is open to everyone with an interest in household management — regardless of age or current profession.
Whether you are already working in a household or starting entirely fresh: no special qualification or prior knowledge is required.
What counts is your willingness to learn — and your wish to develop further.
How long does the course take?
The course in the Online Academy takes around one week, provided you study and practise for approximately two hours each day.
If you have more time available, you can of course progress faster — you set the pace.
The course comprises five modules with around 100 pages (A4) of learning material in total. Everything is explained in clear, accessible terms, illustrated with many examples.
At the end of each module there is a short test so that you can see what you already master. The "Household Organisation" module also includes a practical assignment that you send to us — we will provide you with personal feedback in return.
Your completion — your certificate
If you pass the final test successfully at the close of the course and reach at least 75% of the points, you will receive a certificate from the Online Academy.
This certificate is your proof that you have learned how to manage a large household to professional standards — and that you are able to work independently and reliably.
It shows: you can do this — and you have earned it.
